Legal Information and Conditions of Registration

Use of CCBC and all dance venues is at your own risk.  All attendees will be required to sign a full release of liability prior to dancing.  Payment in full is required with registration; registrations are not final until your payment has been received.  No refunds will be made after April 15.

NOTE: If you are not staying at CCBC, there is a $25 charge to cover the cost of your resort pass. Please add this to your check when submitting payment.

The registration fee includes events, meals, and drinks (as detailed in the printed schedule). This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE cost of accommodation. You must contact CCBC to reserve your room.
